About Me
I'm a Strength & Conditioning Coach with a BSc in Sports Coaching and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning Coaching. My journey spans roles from junior intern to lead S&C coach, including a paid MSc coaching position at Sheffield Hallam University, where I supported multi-sport university teams. Currently, I coach at Next Level Rugby - Derby Academy, delivering field-based training to talented rugby players aged 11-16, while also offering 1-1 tailored coaching to help clients achieve their performance goals.
